Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional UHMWPE & engineering plastic manufacturing factory with our own production lines, located in Dezhou, Shandong. We have independent workshops, advanced processing equipment and a strict quality control system to ensure the stability of our custom plastic parts and sheet products.
What products do you mainly produce?
A: We mainly produce UHMWPE sheets, PVC boards, PE boards, wear strips, custom plastic parts, custom plastic gears, custom rails, coal bin liners, hopper liners and other high-performance engineering plastic products for mining, port and heavy industry.
Can you accept small orders?
A: We focus on wholesale and bulk orders of UHMWPE sheets and custom plastic parts. We accept reasonable small-batch orders but do not accept retail orders of only 1 or 2 pieces, to ensure our production efficiency and product quality.
Do you provide OEM & ODM service?
A: Yes, we support OEM & ODM service for all our engineering plastic products. We can customize material, size, thickness, color and processing (like machining, cutting, drilling) according to your project requirements, whether it’s for mining equipment liners or industrial machinery parts.
What certifications do you have?
A: Our factory has ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, and our products meet international industry standards.
What is your production capacity?
A: Our monthly production capacity for UHMWPE sheets and PE boards is over X tons, and we can efficiently handle large-scale bulk orders and custom processing of engineering plastic parts to meet your delivery schedule.
What about the delivery time?
A: The delivery schedule depends on order quantity, material, specifications and current production arrangement.
What trade terms do you accept?
A: We accept trade terms including FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. Most orders are shipped by sea freight (FCL).
Can you provide free samples?
A: We do not provide free samples. Customers can request samples. After the samples are confirmed and you place a formal bulk order, the sample fee will be deducted from your total order payment.
